In order to be eligible for a sales commission in a new home community represented by Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty, you must pre-register your clients and/or be personally involved with your prospects on their first visit to the community and introduce them to the agent on site. This introduction does not guarantee payment of a commission if the customers visit the site with more than one agent. Payment of a commission on a closed transaction will be based on procuring cause as defined by the National Association of REALTORS and being a member in good standing with the Wilmington Association of REALTORS.
